Lunch: Spinach Couscous

Couscous with lentils and spinach, goldfish crackers and mango smoothie for lunch, veggie chips for afternoon snack. I love how I can fit a whole day's food in here!

I have been finding my morning smoothie to be a bit much these days, and the tall dipper holds more than it looks like it does, so I am experimenting today with reserving some of it for lunch!
